When you are in a desperate situation you need to speak with an attorney RIGHT THEN & NOW. I had called SEVERAL lawyers and all I got was a paralegal asking me a bunch of stupid questions, saying " I will pass your message on and somebody will contact you." Our story is very long but I'll sum it up, weI desperately needed an attorney and we needed one the night before Thanksgiving. I believe it was close to 9pm and I had already resigned myself to the fact that this was a longshot that someone would answer a call hours before the holiday .
