Hope C. Lefeber

When I was asked to write a review of the services Hope provided, for me (and hopefully [No pun intended] for you when you ultimately hire her), it was a no brainer. But like me, early on in this process, you maybe wondering what separates her from the pack. I remember thinking, how am I going to cha...nge the odds of the situation I have undoubtedly found myself in too be as favorable as humanly possible in the end without having someone "wack'd" or moving to Costa Rica. Its her attitude towards the situation to start. When she takes you on as a client she owns it from the highs to the lows and everything in between. She always answers(99.99%), and when she doesn't(.01%), which is rare[hence the .01%] , she gives you a call back with the utmost respect for your time. Furthermore, her attention to detail really stood out throughout the daunting process. Not just dotting every "I" but really checking for every possible recourse to getting me something that metaphorically speaking resembled, in theory, a get out of jail free card. I don't know if it would matter to you as a perspective client but when it came to me, she was a straight shooter, she didn't always tell me good things but she did give me her honest observation of what the road would lead to on this journey she was willing to embark on with me, which I respected greatly. Also, when it comes to walking into a room and carrying the demeanor of an attorney that is looking to get the best for her client, well I'll just say, "You better hire Hope!" Because when its all said and done the cost of your freedom has no number, the feeling you have when she's done doing what she does best... that also has no number, just call her thats what I did after reading about her. Experience the first class service I experienced as a client that is second to none. Then like me when it's all over and you get the call as I did to write a review; you just make sure you sit at your computer and write about it in all its entirety like myself, nicely and free.

There is Hope, literally! I was facing 240 years and with Hope’s representation, I received just one year of home confinement. She is an extraordinary criminal defense attorney. She listens intently to everything you have to say and is eager to learn everything about the case, leaving no stones untur...ned. She took the time to read through my eighteen page indictment while on vacation before I had even hired her. Other attorneys that I had interviewed wouldn’t even take the time to read the indictment without having a retainer in hand first. Hope is extremely compassionate, warm, caring and intelligent and has an unbeatable work ethic. She is always attentive and available. She represented me for over a four year period and each and every time that I contacted her either by email or phone call, she responded to me immediately even if she was out of town. As many times that I contacted her, she contacted me more. Not only was she my defense attorney, but she became my friend and even my therapist at times. She was there for me when I cried and never ever rushed to get off the phone with me, but rather listened and offered comforting words to me. She truly cares. I was one of the rare defendants in a federal case that went to trial up against the government. When Hope enters the court room, she makes a strong impact. Her delivery is captivating. Despite being found guilty by a jury, Hope was able to prove during the lengthy trial the inconsistencies of the Governments allegations against me. The prosecutor in my case wrongly portrayed me as a criminal on paper, but Hope was able to portray me to the judge as the truly good woman and mother that I am. She fought a long battle for my life which ended favorably, rather than tragically. I am writing this review from the comfort of my home, surrounded by my children and my pets. Hope will be a lifelong friend of mine.
