Gaetano Paul Piccirilli III

Gaetano Piccirilli represents general contractors, construction managers, trade contractors, real estate professionals and developers in commercial litigation, claims litigation, pension (multi-employer plan) litigation, real estate disputes and zoning/code matters. Gaetano also represents small businesses and not-for-profits related to their corporate governance and operations. While serving as an aggressive advocate for his clients, Gaetano recognizes the importance of problem solving, practical solutions and efficiency. Gaetano has prosecuted and defended claims of delay, acceleration and labor impacts, contract balance and defective construction. In addition, Gaetano has represented clients involved in bid disputes, government procurement matters, Pennsylvania Board of Claims litigation, withdrawal liability claims, adverse possession actions, and zoning/land use matters. Gaetano is also committed to pro bono work and community participation. As an appointed member of the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission, Gaetano is a member of the regulatory body responsible for the regulation, licensure and discipline of 50,000 real estate professionals in Pennsylvania. In 2012, Mr. Piccirilli was elected Vice Chairman of the Commission. Gaetano volunteers his time to clients through Philadelphia’s Homeless Advocacy Project. Gaetano has served the construction industry and worked to developed Pennsylvania One Call’s first state-wide system of alternative dispute resolution for damaged utility lines.
