Convicted with felony due to his poor representation

I initially hired another attorney, she relocated to another country and left my case to this guy. We didnt consult me or anything prior to doing so. I was able to talk to my initial attorney about what she did and she asure me I was in good hands he use to be a DA blah blah blah. I believed her and ...kept him in all this I has already paid the full amount 5,000. Like all the other reviews said he was always a hot mess late and not prepared I would call him and his office and he would not respond or respond with a lame excuse. Trial date comes around and “he was on vacation somewhere” and could not meet to prepare so he called to on a Sunday night spoke to me for 5 mins and that was preparing for him. To make a long store short he looked like he was under the influence of something when he came to trial. I tried to speak to someone in the courts about it but it was impossible , The second day of trial I asked if i could fire him and I was told it was to late in the process. During the trial he did nothing for me barely asked questions or spoke to my defense. To all this I was convicted . I went to jail my family had to retain another attorney which was another 6,000 to get me out on house arrest. My new lawyer wanted to appeal but off course it was gonna cost me a whole lot I couldnt afford to do so. Thanks to this guys Im now a felon with out a job and lost my professional license in nursing.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I hired this lawyer to represent my husband in his criminal case. We did not have a lot of money to hire a private attorney, and with much sacrifice put money together for this guy. He was very unprofessional, always showed up to court late and was never prepared. We basically handed this man evidenc...e he never used in court, and ultimately the Judge himself had to appoint a public defender to my husbands case because this guy was not doing his job! He is a horrible lawyer and I don't know how he even practices law. I wish I knew how horrible he was, I wouldn't have bothered at all and saved my money for a better lawyer. Do not waste your time with this man. He will not fight for you, but will take your money the same day. Also, he doesn't even look professional at all. He is always a mess.

Another absolute disappointment

I retained this "attorney" to represent me in expungement matter in Pennsylvania. He was habitually delayed, unprofessional and unfulfilled person. He was using one excuse by another excuse, and another excuse to delay the process. Those excuses made me not to believe him. Those excuses were his lies.... Since I first asked him to work for me on 9/5/2017, he immediately took my deposit of $350 on the same day, I provided all the info he needs to filing and confirmed that he had all info he needs to filing. Since the first day, it has been more than two months. During those times, he provided so many excuses and lies but just did not start to work my case. He even lied to tell me that he already filed my case, but I asked him to send me copy of that filing, he never reply to me and never sent me copy. In addition, I called the county court house and they told me that there was no any open case for me. I left text messages and emails but he did not reply or responded for 10 days or more without mentioning any reason. So I tried leave message to his voicemail, but his voicemail box is FULL. Now I have no way to talk with him. I did not know his bad reputation and previous review; otherwise, I will not use him for my case. It wasted my time and money. Within past two months, this was all in vain. I was extremely disappointed in his services. He took my money but did not do anything for me except lies. Like previous reviewer said that strongly recommend avoiding retaining this "attorney" for your case and want to prevent anyone else wasting their hard-earned money and time by retaining this "attorney".

An absolute disappointment

We retained this "attorney" to represent a family member in a criminal matter in Pennsylvania. He was habitually unprepared and forgetful which precipitated postponement after postponement of the trail. After 1.5 years of postponements, the sitting judge actually removed him from our case and immed...iately appointed a public defender. The public defender quickly got our case to trail which resulted in a "not guilty" verdict. I strongly recommend avoiding retaining this "attorney" for your criminal matters. We did not have a lot of money for an attorney in the first place and every dime our family had went to paying for fair representation, or so we thought. This was all in vain. We were extremely disappointed in his services and want to prevent anyone else wasting their hard earned money and time by retaining this "attorney".
