I don’t know if your a person that read reviews, hopefully you will if your making Freddy your lawyer. I was referred by a friend for Freddy to handle my child support case and custody case. Not only is he the most professional !! He cares and very passionate about what’s he’s doing. Leading up t...o my court date I had concerns and worries which is natural. Freddie assured me he would do his best and that’s exactly what he delivered. This is a lawyer who will represent you to the fullest. I now have some peace because of Freddy. On january 15, 2019, I became a first time mother. That's when things went left, I found myself In a relationship with a man that hid his instability, smoked and sold weed around our baby, and allowed his alcoholic mom to drink and be around her. Not only did my baby and I have to endure that , we al...so had to endure the emotional abuse that followed it. So many times he threatened that if I left him he would take my baby away. He also belittled me about working under someone . He said "you can work for the white man all you want but I refuse to be a slave to the system ." Crazy but true , he believed in black magic and threaten to put a spell on my family. During the time we lived together I discovered messages saying he was being evicted . He hid everything from me. But once I found out I took myself and my baby and put us both in a steady home. In fear of him taking my baby away I applied for custody of her and sent it to the last known address I had of his. I tried to work out visitations but that didnt work his behavior became very aggressive . Especially if I didnt respond to messages that didnt involve our child. He was so fixated on us as a couple that my baby was just bait. Threats started to occur shortly after . He threaten to sue me, threaten to show up at my house with the cops, his sisters also wrote post about me and also kept writing me over and over . So that's when I said enough was enough . I couldn't sleep at night not knowing his next moves. So I hired Mr. Freddy and he addressed my ex and got him to calm down. He also got my ex to sign an agreement. My ex is a very hard guy to get to do something. Hes the type that thinks he knows everything and likes to have power so Mr. Freddy getting him to sign the custody agreement was magnificent. My ex tried to find ways around things , so he made up a lie about me wanting to kill my baby and myself. But with Mr. Freddy experience that was not looked upon . But this is just to show you how crazy my ex was. I didnt originally file for Child support but Mr. Freddy helped me with that . He seen that I wasnt getting any support with my child at all . So he did everything and submitted all the paperwork for custody and child support right away. My ex thought he could play the system by making it seem as if he made below SSR requirement . However, with Mr. Freddy fast thinking he asked for a grand masters hearing. Which ended up being the best decision ever. Because he knew that because my ex claimed below SSR requirement the support would be denied but masters hearing specializes in more than just paystub. They look at your capability to earn more . I won my case thanks to Mr. Freddy and I have recieved everything I wanted. Now I can sleep better at night knowing that I have a court order and my child will have a steady home with me . All in all hes an awesome lawyer I strongly recommend him. He keeps you inform on every decision and every move he makes , he allows you to have input . And also hes affordable . I couldn't ask for a better lawyer!
