Biography
I consider it an honor to represent victims of medical malpractice, hospital and nursing negligence, cancer misdiagnoses and delays, wrongful deaths, and other areas of personal injury. Along with my staff, I strive to provide each client with aggressive, yet courteous legal representation required by their case. In addition to active personal injury litigation, I have written extensively in various areas of law, and have been published dozens of times in law reviews, law journals, and newspapers. Further, I was an adjunct professor of law for approximately 12 years at a major Pennsylvania university law school, and currently serve on many boards within the legal profession.
