Completely Satisfied

We are completely satisfied with the way Mr. Steenson handled our VOP case. Mr. Steenson is knowledgeable about how the system works, professional and very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised by how responsive he was to our many calls and texts. We could not have asked for a better outcome.

Great Defense lawyer

He took time to listen to my issues and understood my problems. He explained my rights and made it understandable. All around nice guy and great Lawyer.

So far he's EXCELLENT

He currently defends my younger brother. He actively keeps everyone informed about what is happening and what is next. He really seems to care about what happens to my brother as opposed to some others that couldn't care less either eay as long as the money comes. In November we hopefully start the t...rial and can move forward. Really just a great lawyer!

All Around Great Guy

Don't let the fact that he is a new graduate deter you from giving him a call before you consider all the high priced big names out there. I met Derek two years ago on a professional level at my job, through conversation I soon found out he is a defense attorney, long story short, my boyfriend needed... an attorney and I immediately thought of Derek. He has been there in ways that go far beyond our defense attorney and is always there answering questions and keeping me informed. His rates are better than fair and he understands that most people these days are struggling and can't come up with thousands of dollars to hire a "GOOD" attorney. He doesn't sugar coat or tell you what you want to hear, he gives it to you straight and in a timely manner. He works with you to make sure you are informed and represented by someone who cares and knows what he's doing. I have called him on other matters that had nothing to do with his specialty and he always knows what to do or who you should talk to, I couldn't imagine calling anyone else for any of my legal needs. Derek may not have 20 years under his belt but he knows what he's doing and works hard to get the job done.
