David Samuel Jaffe

As an associate in Freundlich & Littman’s litigation department, Mr. Jaffe focuses his practice on corporate and real estate litigation matters as well as handling general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Jaffe earned his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in May of 2017. During law school, Mr. Jaffe clerked in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Additionally, while at Villanova Law, Mr. Jaffe worked as a law clerk in Freundlich & Littman’s real-estate litigation group.

Mr. Jaffe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College, where he majored in Law and Policy. While at Dickinson, Mr. Jaffe was the head of the Dickinson College Student Advocates, where Mr. Jaffe represented both students and student organizations in disciplinary conduct hearings ranging from minor infractions to expulsion hearings. Additionally, while at Dickinson, Mr. Jaffe was the President of the Dickinson College Interfraternity Council, Vice-President of his class, Vice-President of his fraternity, the Present of the class of 2013 Gift Drive and a student liaison between Dickinson College Pubic Safety and the Student Body.
