Trademark Law is my Passion! I have over 20 years experience in the space. My goal for a client is to register their trademark in the least amount of time, for the least amount of cost, with the highest chances of getting the trademark application or logo registered. Part of my workflow is to educate the client about trademark and intellectual property law. This gives the client confidence when moving forward with their branding goals. As part of the consultation we inform you of the potential issues with applying for the trade mark, and we plan in advance to avoid them. Noone likes surprises, and we do our best to provide insight as to what can happen with your trademark application. We've been down the trademarking path many times.
