Brian J Mc Monagle

Brian McMonagle astonishes me. He and his team have handled so many high profile cases where the defendant was clearly at least guilty in at least some of the charges. What he did with former Montco GOP Chairman Bob Kerns was unreal. Based on the grand jury report Kerns clearly drugged and sexua...lly assulted a woman that worked for him after a holiday party. Somehow McMonagle and his team were able to find some lab testing loophole and get Kerns PROBATION! He was looking at spending probably the rest of his life in prison and got off with probation. I was dumbfounded. Bill Cosby is McMonagle's lastest triumph. Long before he was able to essentially win the case with a hung jury, McMonagle's numerous motions and paperwork dragged the start of the trial for years. Cosby is most likely guilty and with legal manuvering can stay a free man until he dies by continuous motions, etc. that make these uber high profile trials drag on for years before the actual trial begins. If I was arrested for anything whatsoever, Brian McMonagle would be my clear number one choice as a criminal defense attorney.
