Alaina Ashley Gregorio

Alaina A. Gregorio is a skilled litigator, who concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, products liability, and medical malpractice. Alaina also specializes in the area of labor and employment, representing plaintiffs in sexual harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination actions.
Alaina received her B.A. in Psychology and Education from LaSalle University, graduating cum laude, in 2007. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2011. During law school, Alaina held a judicial internship at the United States District Court, District of New Jersey with the Honorable Renee Maria Bumb.
Prior to joining Levy Baldante, Alaina worked for a boutique law firm specializing in labor and employment and business transactions and litigation. Alaina was recognized as a Top Lawyer in 2014 by SJ Magazine, and Best Attorneys in Business by South Jersey Biz and SNJ Business People 40 Under 40 in 2015.
Alaina is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. She is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Alaina grew up in the Philadelphia/South Jersey Area. Away from the office, Alaina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying out new local restaurants and traveling. During the summer months, any free time she has is spent down the shore. Alaina enjoys giving back to her community and is a volunteer for Philadelphia VIP and Manna.
