Our family hired Ms. West to resolve some real estate issues when my father passed away. I am also an attorney, and she was referred to us by an attorney I know since I do not have a background in real estate law. As an attorney, I am aware that many clients can have unrealistic expectations. H...owever, Ms. West was rude, unresponsive and did almost nothing for the thousands of dollars we paid her. My mother who was suffering through the loss of her husband of 50 years, was in need of real help and Ms. West could not have been more cold, or rude. Yet she demanded every billable cent and did very little in the way of legal assistance.
