My partner and I got married in June in PA after they legalized same-sex marriages. Monica helped us with my adjustment of status. She explained us the procedure and what to expect at each step of application. They informed us of the documents to present and prepared our application package. Although my partner and I had to spend some extra time with the corrections on the forms; in the end, everything was well prepared and done in a timely manner. After starting my wife’s Immigration process with another lawyer almost two years ago, and due to some unfortunate circumstances with her and our case, we were fortunate enough to have Monica step in and take over. Monica reviewed our case from the beginning and we started the whole process over agai...n. Monica took a slightly different approach to our case and prepared us, and our case in a way it wasn’t done the first time. Even though we were HUNDREDS of miles away from each other, in two different states, Monica and her staff did an excellent job staying in constant contact, preparing us and our case for yet another interview with Immigration.
