Maia Luisa Spotts

Maia L. Spotts is a family law attorney at Petrelli Previtera, LLC with more than ten years of experience in family law and child welfare matters. She represents clients in divorce, custody disputes, domestic violence matters, and complex family cases involving substance use or safety concerns.

Maia is known for her calm, strategic approach and her ability to guide clients through high-stakes situations with clarity and focus. She takes time to understand each client’s goals and family dynamics, helping them navigate the legal process while protecting their rights and long-term interests.

Before joining the firm, Maia served as a Supervising Attorney in a large child welfare court system, where she led litigation teams and handled complex dependency and custody cases involving abuse and neglect allegations.

Maia earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from Yale University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and California and represents clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
