I am graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where I focused my studies on Family Law, Trial Advocacy and LGBTQ Civil Rights. As a Scholar, I worked in Washington D.C. as a McCleary Law Fellow for the Human Rights Campaign, and wrote my policy paper on health disparities facing the LGBTQ community under the Affordable Care Act. In previous years, I interned for the United States District Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and served on the boards of various student organizations. My passion for family law arose through my experience as a certified legal intern with the Temple Legal Aid Office. As a certified legal intern, I practiced under supervising attorneys- R. Barret Marshall, Esq. and Sarah Katz, representing clients in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in their child custody, support, and adoption proceedings. As part of my commitment to public service, I do provide free consultations as a resource to the community.
