Ms Mandi represented my firm in several cases regarding construction accidents. Very large projects, high profile owners where deep pockets were anticipated. Not ...only did she attend an OSHA 10 hour class to gain more knowledge, she also visited the construction site to see exactly for her self the conditions that would have been similar to the case. Denise Mandi updated me along the way through the trial process, she hired investigators to research the plaintiff's claims, she hired doctors to review the alleged injuries... she put them all on the stand, and then verbally destroyed the other lawyer and his lying client.
