I was referred to him for immigration case. He took a lot of money about $7000 and did nothing: First he filled after the deadline so the case got rejected, and ended up have to leave the country. Second he never returned any phone calls, and will only call when he try to get more money. He will ke...ep you in the waiting room for an hour or so. He is expensive twice the price of other attorneys. And all the applications got rejected: work authorization, extension, asylum, H1B visa, etc . His secretory will call me and tell me that he wants to see me urgently in the next day , just to go out be left in the waiting room for an hour and them he is asking for more money. He showed up in the hearing too late, pretending his leg is hurting ! and the judge suggested he is trying to game the system. and made a deal to close the case without getting my permission!
