All Aspects of Criminal Litigation: Preliminary Hearings, Trial Level Motions, Negotiated Pleas, Expert Testimony, Bench and/ or Jury Trials. My experience began as an Intern at the Chester County District Attorney's Office while in Law School, and has grown over the last ten years as a trial litigator skilled in all aspects of criminal trials. The latest verdict/ trial was a December 2015 murder trial which resulted in a complete acquittal of all murder and manslaughter charges.

My Family Law practice handles the primary three areas: Divorce, Support, and Custody. The dissolution of a family is often a balance between economics and emotion. I have spent the last 10 years honing a skill set that balances the economics of separation and the clients needs for satisfaction from the closure. As a Family lawyer I learned how to fight for my clients while preserving the relationships that made them a family in the first place.

Contractor-Sub Contractor litigation, Contracts, arbitration and trial litigation for contractual breaches. Prior to Law School I was a general contractor for residential and commercial clients. This informs my legal practice because I fundamentally understand the relationships between a general and a sub. Some generals think it is easier to litigate for the fees owed and this is why I fight for sub contractors who are owed for the work they performed.

I have experience in both evictions for the landlords and defending bad evictions. I have recently won a case in Philadelphia under the Redemption statute which is a rarely used method of saving your home from predatory tax sale buyers. Even though you may not own a house you still have rights in the place you call home.
