I originally hired Mr. Henry to assist me with addressing an existing custody order. Before I hired Mr. Henry he was kind enough to take my call and answer some preliminary questions. I was confident when I placed my retainer. One of Mr. Henry's best qualities is that he is an effective communicator.... He will always return your phone call, email, or text message in a timely manner. Another great attribute is that he tirelessly fights for his clients. For my case I didn't get everything that I wanted, but I did get more time with my children and for that I am very grateful. Mr. Henry is an excellent closer and he does a great job with prepping his clients so that they are prepared to testify and tell their story. While my ex-wife's attorney took our case personally, Mr. Henry remained professional. In fact, even when I thought that the case was done. Mr. Henry was called to conference a disagreement regarding the order and he represented me without my knowledge till after the fact. Mr. Henry and I settled up our bill and left it that if need I needed him he'd be there for me in the future. Well that was sooner than I wanted. My ex's lawyer modified the order to reflect everything, but what the judge said. That other attorney tried to be dishonest and unethical when the order was not sent to him for review but sent to the judge instead. He didn't hesitate to make the appropriate calls and stop the wrong modified order from being signed. My ex's attorney continued to send over bad orders to review which were all wrong, He was so irritated with the unprofessionalism of the other attorney that he went ahead and just wrote the modified order himself. Mr. Henry did not charge me for the other attorney's incompetence. And just when I thought things were settled I still hadn't been given an order outlining the winter holiday break. Mr. Henry responded to my text message on Christmas Eve and called me back to reiterate that their was no new order on the docket and that we were to go by what the judge verbally order. I happened to get a hold of the "supposing" order and pasted it on to Mr. Henry. He hasn't stopped fighting for me and I know that he won't until the custody order is true and final. I am beyond grateful to have him in my corner. I will certainly use Mr. Henry for future custody issues.

Mr. David Henry is an exceptional attorney. I had lost all faith in lawyers and after marrying my husband and seeing how his child custody case spiraled out of control. I decided to find a lawyer for his case myself and After some research found Mr. Henry. From the very beginning he left out all the ...nonesense, gave us realistic expectations, and not to mention he is reasonably prices. He won us more custody than we expected just by doing his job and getting to the point. He didn't do anything to prolong our case or make up extra charges or some of the things I think other lawyers do. We just spent our first Christmas as a family and now that we get to see the children more their behavior has made a complete turn around. I am so happy we found Mr. Henry and we plan to keep him as our family attorney. We still have to sort out child support and eventually we want more custudy of the kids but we would have to move closer but withoit question Mr. Henry will be our lawyer for all of it. It doesn't matter what difficulties life throws at you. David knows the law and fights for you tooth and nail on all aspects of your case. Aggressive, unreasonable accusations made against you are purely to scare you by the other party and to make you feel uncomfortable. Heed David's advice, 'do not ...react' keep smart. I was and still am being painfully harassed. However, it doesn't matter where you are around the globe David has your back and gave sound advice so that no matter what sorts of aggression you face he fights and wins your arguments in court. David makes things simple for you and gives concise instructions, very fair on billing and very straightforward to work with. Strongly recommend to anyone.
