We run a small business and hired her to draft a contract. She competently drafted a simple document for us for $250, which was a reasonable fee and what ...any practicing attorney might charge. Now, where Ms. Abrams becomes unique, is in her practice of billing. She billed us for EVERY conversation, EVERY email, ANY moment she needed to review what she wrote with us and then make changes. This inflated her fee 340% - Ms. Abbrams charged us $850 for a $250 service - if performed by another attorney. I can't say for sure but If you write drafts that require review, and who doesn't really, you can inflate your fee very easily - if you want to - and she does, We believe she is predatory and why we wrote this review. I caution you, therefore, to be aware of this, We regret hiring her because of this.
