As a result of my Estate Planing practice, I am involved in Orphans Court litigation on estate isssues, as well as Guardianship issues

My entire career has been involved in the area of Business Law, the formation of entities and the documentation of the relationship among entity owners via Shareholder, Operating and Partnership Agreements. I keep abrest of legal issues affecting my clients and their companies. I have received a Masters In Tax Law as well as a Certificate in Estate Planning so that I can advise not only on issues of corporate governance but also on the often thorny problems of Successon

In addition I represent several financial institutions drafting loan documentation and credit facilities

After I obtained a Masters in Tax Law, I became more involved in the succession issues of my business clients and their concerns about their estates. As a result, I have also received from the Graduate Tax Division of Temple Law Scholl a Certificate in Esate Planning and provide esatte planning for numerous existing clients as well as new clients referred by their financial planners and CPA's
