Barbara Mary Kirk

Barbara M. Kirk is a partner at Hill Wallack LLP in Yardley, Pennsylvania, where she practices family and municipal law. Her work in family law includes handling divorce, custody, support, and asset distribution, often navigating complex financial issues such as tax implications, business ownership, and high-income earners. She has also represented clients in adoption proceedings, including same-sex adoptions and parental rights terminations.
