William M. Bendon

I am  a Delaware County native and graduate of Upper Darby High School.  My work experience before becoming a lawyer, included working as a roofer for John T. Hieb in Drexel Hill; as a warehouseman for Food Fair in Philadelphia and as a Radio Communications Analyst Specialist for the United States Air Force at the National Security Agency, Fort Meade, Maryland.   After the Air Force, I attended St. Joseph’s University where I graduated Magna Cum Laude.  I then attended Villanova Law School.  During Law School, I interned for the Honorable Judge Charles Keeler, Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County.  Upon graduating from Law School, I was employed as an attorney with the United States Department of Labor defending Black Lung cases and enforcing the Mine Safety and Health Act.  I then entered private practice with a large Philadelphia law firm where my focus became toxic tort, personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation.  Soon after, I was employed by Reliance Insurance Company as an attorney, where I obtained insight into the workings of insurance companies and how they handle workers’ compensation cases.  This knowledge has been invaluable over the past almost twenty years as I have exclusively represented injured workers in the southeastern counties of Pennsylvania.  The Law Offices of William M. Bendon in Media currently handles workers’ compensation, personal injury and Social Security cases.
