Nelson was the counsel for a seller, I was the buyer and had to work through Nelson. Over a 11 day period... Nelson took days to call back, after multiple calls and multiple emails, finally called to tell me that we did not win the bid for the house. I come to find out that even though my letter of... intent AND my AOS said that I would cover closing costs, along with phone conversations confirming the fact, the seller told me that wasn't conveyed to him. It cost me the deal. I found it very odd how this played out. Attention to detail is not his strong suit.
