Many, many years have passed since needing Mr. Malloy’s counsel. I did do some time but it could have been much worse. Having no prior experience in the legal process, I was unfamiliar how to choose the best attorney for my specific situation. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have a friend refer me to Mr. Michael Malloy, Esquire. In turn, by writing this review, I feel like a friend extending the same knowledge to ...someone who is now walking the same path I walked. Mr. Malloy was a tremendous help during a difficult time in my life involving a complex criminal felony case. As far as attorneys are concerned, few possess the outstanding knowledge, experience, resume, and reputation Mr. Malloy has established. In selecting an attorney, you will clearly see firsthand his outstanding accomplishments and service in the field of law. A criminal case can have life changing implications (as in my case), so you want to be certain you have the finest representation possible and Mr. Malloy exemplifies that man. Mr. Malloy handled my case in a professional, thorough, and aggressive manner, while still displaying a straight forward and compassionate attitude. Mr. Malloy was tremendously well prepared, relentless, and prompt. Mr. Malloy treated me with understanding and respect under adverse circumstances. His extensive knowledge of the law and polished courtroom skills were just a few of the attributes evident and consoling. However, I would say Mr. Malloy’s greatest attribute was his aggressiveness. You always knew Mr. Malloy was working on your side instead of working in conjunction with the prosecution. I never had the feeling Mr. Malloy would back down against the prosecution under difficult circumstances in the legal process. I always knew my best interests were forefront in his efforts. In my specific case, Mr. Malloy was able to skillfully negotiate a just outcome finding an acceptable resolution for all parties involved. Reduced charges were agreed upon by Mr. Malloy and the District Attorney which was considerably less than the original charges filed with the court. My advice to prospective clients is to do your due diligence and search for legal counsel and compare them to Mr. Malloy. What you will find out is Mr. Malloy is the finest in his respective field.
