Is it possible to stop child support payments and forgive arrears if both parties come to agreement outside of the courts?

I agree with Attorney Blair. However, if DPW is involved, that won't be a possibility as the money would be owed to the state and not the mother.

Child custody is always modifiable in PA. It is good advice that you should bring an attorney with you the next time, however.

His unfaithfulness will mitigate against him being able to obtain alimony from you as well. It will not affect the division of assets, however.
