I was very surprised when I called and Joe actually answered the phone! With only a few minutes of talking with him i felt very comfortable and confident. We hired Lesniak in a complex multiple felony matter. While he litigated vigorously and had a great deal of success at the District Court level, it seemed as if he was out of gas and seemed unsure what to do once the matter reached the Common Pleas Court level. And if you asked him any questions, h...e lost his temper at times and snapped at you as if you were stupid or something. He had what we in Philly call "atty-tood". He's a great trial lawyer but once the case got to a certain level he was pushing for a plea bargain and didn't seem to want to fight very much. He's not a trial guy, he's a plea bargain guy.
