Smooth Bankruptcy Filing

Chapter 13 Process

Jeanne Marie Cella is a warm hug found in the stoic world of law. It is not exaggeration to say that my friend, who is her client, would not be alive today if it were not for the Chapter 13 work of Atty Cella and paralegal Jill McElwee. As my friend’s Financial Power of Attorney, I saw this proc...ess and the way Atty Cella handle it save my friend’s life and dignity. My friend has completed the 5 year payback period and become a model citizen. This is what the process is designed for. Going through the Chapter 13 process is very scary. The voluminous paperwork was handled by paralegal Jill McElwee. Atty Cella accompanied me to the hearing and briefed me on the process. It went well and now 5 years later we have graduated.
