Jay M. Levin

I joined Eckell Sparks in February of 2012. Prior to joining the firm, I was a partner in the Chester County law firm of DiGiacomo, Goldberg & Levin. I am  a licensed practitioner in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and practice throughout Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia and Lehigh Counties and in the State of New Jersey.

For nearly thirty (30) years, I have focused my practice on providing exceptional service to my clientele in the areas of businesses and commercial representation, general counsel services, residential and commercial real estate and commercial and estate litigation. I have an extensive background in commercial litigation, contact negotiations, leasing and real estate, business formation and development, corporate maintenance, mergers and acquisitions, partnership and shareholder agreements and investor agreements. I have a solid understanding of the relationship between the law and the bottom line with proven success in managing and conducting negotiation, litigation and dispute resolution with an emphasis on cost control and client development.

I received my undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, D.C. in 1989 and received my law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1993.

I live in East Whiteland with my two sons. I am a member of the East Whiteland Zoning Hearing Board and  a past Great Valley School District Board Member where I was past President and past Vice President.  I am also a Member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association, the Delaware County Bar Association and previously served as a Director for the Paoli Business and Professional Association.
