Hugh P. McElhenney

All negative comments and jokes you hear about lawyers were obviously stated by someone who hasn't met Mr. McElhenney. It is obvious that he is devoted to his profession. He was able to set my mind at ease througout the entire process. He kept me fully informed, spoke to me in terms I can underst...and and made me feel like I was NOT just another case. He presented all my options to me, gave me his opinions but ultimately allowed ME to choose our course of action. He proved to be very knowledgeable in both my case and a family member's case to whom I referred him ( and our cases were VERY different) I highly recommend Mr McElhenney to anyone who is looking for competent , trustworthy representation at a reasonable price!

Failed to inform me of a time limit for community service and since I was past the deadline, I had to do extended hrs of service. Appealed Refusal w/Penndot - Hearing was postponed due to Penndot not being able to locate paperwork, my atty. granted the postponement and when heard, they had paperwork... and the sentence remained the same.
