Father and Children reunited!

In perhaps one of the most gratifying moments in my legal career, on October 7, 2012, after a years worth of Local, State, Federal and International litigation with trials here in Montgomery County Pen ... nsylvania, Trial and two appeals in Sweden, Appeals to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, our client, a loving, dedicated, caring and compassionate Father was finally reunited with his three Children here in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Our client had not seen his Children here in the US for over a year. The odds of reuiniting a parent with their abducted children is extremely rare in that the Laws are complex, antiquated, unfair, totally arbitrary, cumbersome and extremely expensive for the parent to afford to litigate matters in all of these forums. This case took the combined effort of all of the members of our Firm working around the clock (literally) at times. The outcome was worth all of the effort as I asked my client to do me one favor and that was to simply send me a picture of his Children after they were back here on US soil and in his their home. He did so along with a heartfelt "Thank You" . This case made my whole year!
