Child support, alimony, and spousal support are primary concerns in family law. Child support is court ordered payment to the party having primary physical custody by the party that has partial physical custody. Spousal support is a court ordered payment by the spouse who is earing more money to the party who is making less. Alimony is a court-ordered, payment from one spouse to the other after the divorce is finalized. I will fight to get you the money that you are entitled to receive.
