Attorney Daniel A. Pallen is a stalwart courtroom litigator with extensive experience in all aspects of criminal defense, Orphans' Court representation, and civil litigation to include: appeals, foreclosure defense, and PCRA claims. Mr. Pallen a year 2002 graduate of Boston College. He earned a Masters Degree at American University and completed his law studies, earning a J.D., at the Dickinson School of Law (Penn State University). He was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in year 2007. Prior to founding the Law Offices of Daniel A. Pallen, P.L.L.C, a general practice firm, in year 2012, Mr. Pallen gained experience in civil litigation at an insurance defense firm in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. He began his law career in 2007 with the Franklin County Office of the Public Defender in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Pallen serves as appointed conflict counsel for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in matters of plenary guardianship, adoptions, and criminal defense.

Dan won my arbitration
A lawsuit was brought against me by a former client. Dan recognized it to be without merit. Dan handled the case brilliantly. His legal maneuvers forced them into arbitration which we won despite their use of a high priced Philadephia attorney. I would highly recommend Dan and will use him again...

Dan won me a lawsuit against the caterer that ruined my wedding!
Dan helped me recover costs from a the caterer who nearly ruined my wedding! The suit he drafted never made it to the courtroom - the caterer paid in full without any fight! Great attitude and will fight for you to the best of his ability.

Dan Fought to Get Me a Good Outcome.
I got a DUI in the Philadelphia suburbs and was very scared about the consequences esp. the license suspension. Dan really did a great job and worked very hard to limit the damage. He knows what he is doing. I've recommended him to others I know who have gotten in trouble.

No dialog or guidance but bills are never late.
Dan does not provide any guidance or support. Pay up front. No office consultation. He only meets at courthouse to discuss details, so you are always pressed for time and information.

Mr. Pallen solicited me through the mail regarding a criminal matter. I retained him after signing an agreement which included Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition to completion.
