Biography
I represent clients in both state and federal courts throughout the State of Pennsylvania on criminal matters including DUI, assault, battery, disorderly conduct, retail theft, possession of narcotics, sex crimes, homicide, probation and parole violations, white collar crimes and embezzlement.
I also represent clients in criminal appeals, proceedings pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act, expungements and pardons.
You may contact me for a free 30 minute telephone consultation without obligation. All of my fee arrangements are flat fee. This means that I will do all of the work necessary and agreed to on your case for the amount to which we agree at the beginning of the case, no matter how much work needs to be done or how many court apperances it takes to see your matter through. Replied last June 17, 2015Oh I know who this is.... Caught in the act with stolen merchandise on your person, two or three prior theft convictions, and only your own word as your evidence. When I said that I didn't like your chances, that was in fact very sound legal advice. But you fired me, as is your right, and hired another attorney, as is your right. You requested a trial, as is your right, and then it seems failed to appear — which is not your right. I looked up the docket and it shows a bench warrant from your trial day. Seems I'm not the only one who didn't like your chances. It's not condescending to point out that you story has holes and lacks credibility — that is a lawyer's job.

Incompetent
Came to hearing unprepared. Did not obtain any paperwork from the court regarding the case. Never knew the facts of my case. Showed up to court late. Complete ineffective counsel for an easy case and it ended up costing twice as much as if I just pled guilty. DO NOT HIRE - you can tell by the qu...

Replied last March 30, 2012Here is a fact — in 2011 I saved my clients from over 3,500 years in possible jail time. I don't know who this reviewer is. I can't tell that they aren't happy with the outcome of their case. Not everyone gets what they want in court. Someone has to win, and someone has to lose. But I can think of dozens of my clients who avoided jail or conviction because of my diligent efforts. People who listened to my advice and seriously accepted what I could do and whet I could not. But some people only hear what they want to hear. Those people? No one can help.
