Anthony J. Martino

I hired him in August 2010 someone told me his name of course a local friend and he took my $2000.00 and plus 15.00 plus 200.00 and di nothing and the last time he came and drove to my house and told him about and incident with local police dept. to file a harassment charge on them and he did nothing... at all a month later I get a summons and said I violated something I did not do yet he was supposed to follow up the 2 days later now I am stuck with a violation I did not commit and he never filed the harassment charge at all and I am going through stress over something I did not do and he needed to do for me. I am sick over what he did to us. Even going to doctors over this. Claim against the police he did not file.

Mr. Martino is obviously interested in taking your money and doing as little as possible for it! He doesn't return phone calls for weeks at a time .We last spoke more than 4 weeks ago ,we came up with a plan,that was the last I heard from him.I don't know how to proceed with a man that doesn't do w...hat is asked by his client he's in the wrong business

Atty took case to go to trial yet he never prepared for trial. Easy to understand why - only 4 out of 1,228 DUI cases have gone to trial in Northampton County. (he didn't bother to tell me that when I hired him) Very poor communication after hired and then he billed me for each email and phone call t...hat he did not return. Martino sent another attorney to Arraignment when ADA offered best deal. Martino said they would always give me that deal. I spent 30 days in work release because of his incompetence instead of 5. Never, ever hire this man for anything. I spend $2500 and got an extra 25 days in work release because of this man.
