Adam is a helpful and genuine person who was really interested in me, my business, and how he could help me get my trademark. I tried to register the trademark myself, read the USPTO site guidelines and watched their videos... and I STILL got the rejection notice. My trademark application was rejected by the USPTO. Adam was one of many lawyers who reached out to me after it was rejected, however, he was the only one that gave me the time of day when I returned correspondence (the others must have realized I was small potatoes and didn't want to bother with me,... even though they initiated communication). He explained how he could help, and we agreed to a contract for a reasonable cost. When he started digging in, he contacted me and advised that my trademark was unlikely to be approved due to a conflict with another trademark. He then offered to not charge me! I didn't like that since he had done legwork and gave me advice, so we agreed to a smaller sum. I will 100% go to Adam for help with my next trademark, or if I decide to rebrand my company.
