Highly Recommended
This was the only attorney that wanted to take my case because the insurance company was trying to say it was my fault because I got a ticket. I knew it wasn't my fault and Eugene believed me. Eugene beat the ticket. We sued them and won, so everything was taken care of. The only thing I didn't like is how long it took, but they told me when I hired them that it wasn't an easy case and might take awhile. Easy guy to talk to and get a hold of. Down to earth. A lot of other attorney's didn't even call me back.

reckless driving by speed charge in VA
I just spoke to Eugene Gitman about a traffic issue I had out of state and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful answering my questions. Other attorneys that I called didn't want to give me 5 minutes of their time but Eugene answered all my questions. I highly recommend him

Dedicated and Helpful
My drivers license was suspended for some time and driving around unlicensed while also depending on my family to drive me everywhere became too much of an issue. I got in contact with Eugene through a referral from a family friend and it was the best decision. Not only did he restore my license but he was also able to have some charges dropped all together. Any questions I had he was more than willing to answer and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

Motorcycle Accident
Did an awesome job getting me compensated quickly. Also I had another attorney before Eugene that told me I wouldn't receive much of the settlement proceeds because I had medical bills that needed to be paid first. I don't know how, but he got my medical bills reduced to almost nothing. Very good experience with this attorney and will use him for everything.

Best decission I ever made.
Felt really confident for my day in court because I was so well prepared by Eugene. I really appreciated the result we achieved. I say "we" because I felt like I was part of a team in my own case and not just an observer. I was updated frequently about the status of my case. I couldn't ask for more.

Took my case when no other attorney would and did great
Eugene took my case after three others turned me away because I had limited tort. Two lawyers even told me that I could not recover. Five months later, I walked away from Eugene's office with a very nice check from the insurance company. Go figure.

Reliable Advocate
I went to Eugene for an issue I was having with a property management company. I did not feel like it was a large case or anything, but he took it very seriously. Without going into much more detail on my case, I can confidentaly say that I would feel comfortable working with Eugene in the future. He is new to the legal community, but very bright and determined. He treated me and my case with care and attention, and he got results.

Not good
I hired Mr. Gitman for two violations at once. First case, I waited for him at the court and he told me "it is easy, 10 min and we will be out" unfortunately, we lost, he seemed unprepared. Second case(the one he said it is haRd to win) luckily the officer didn't show up, otherwise I would have lost the second one and got my licence suspended. Also, he promised to return portion of the $$1400 that I paid him if we lost any, but he didn't I will never hire him again
