If you were arrested but not tried and delays are not due to your requests/fault, your attorney needs to file a Rule 600 Motion

Only PA has jurisdiction over this case. You have no reason to transfer. If you fail to appear, there will be a default judgment against you.

If you were convicted of this felony there is no expunging it. Only summary record and non-conviction record gets expunged

You are innocent until proven guilty. However, you need an attorney to navigate through criminal trial. Do not attempt to do it yourself

This is really not a restraining order issue. However, if there is a custody agreement/order, there may be a clause for mutual respect.
