Joseph S. Lukomski

Had a misfortune of hiring Mr. Lukomski for auto accident case. Had a judgement awarded, however, 7 years and counting later, still no sight of money. He failed to go after my former insurance company for Underinsured/Uninsured and has not sent out any update in over a year. Calling him is pointless ...- never returns any calls, secretary is useless, case is pretty much in a black hole. Abandoned case without even a courtesy of saying that much. I'm now looking into what actions I can take to collect on my judgement and correct this malpractice. I would recommend this attorney only to party I'd want to sue (and lose).
