Javier Phillip Gonzalez

Mr. Gonzalez is a seasoned trial attorney with more than ten years of experience litigating high-stakes cases. Throughout his career, he has represented both individuals and organizations, earning a reputation for thorough preparation and decisive courtroom advocacy.

Mr. Gonzalez earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, with a focus on practical litigation skills. During law school, he gained hands-on experience through multiple internships and served on the moot court board, sharpening his legal skills and laying the foundation for a client-focused litigation practice.

After law school, Mr. Gonzalez served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Cook of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Mount Holly, where he gained practical insight into litigation from the court’s perspective and further refined his legal research and writing skills.

Mr. Gonzalez then spent five years as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office in New Brunswick, New Jersey, serving the public by prosecuting violent crimes. In that role, he oversaw high-level criminal investigations and developed cases grounded in meticulous evidence analysis, disciplined preparation, and clear presentation of the facts to juries. His work involved regular interaction with crime victims and their families and required trust-building, clear communication, and steadfast advocacy in the pursuit of accountability and community safety.

Following his prosecutorial experience, Mr. Gonzalez entered private practice at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, where he represented clients in complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. He later joined Tucker Law Group, LLC, where he broadened his litigation practice and represented clients from investigation through resolution.

Most recently, before joining Cordisco & Saile, Mr. Gonzalez served as a trial attorney at Hill & Associates, P.C., in Philadelphia, where he represented personal injury clients. Drawing on his experience across public service and private practice, he brings a strategic, client-focused perspective aimed at securing outcomes that reflect the full scope of his clients’ losses.
