Knowing his practice included other attorneys, I expected to get a call back from one of his associates. Especially as the consultation was "no charge". But Tim took the time to call me and spent over 90 minutes with me on the phone. I had sent a 5 page synopsis of my situation and he clearly read it... before calling me. Which made the conversation much more efficient. He was very patient, listened to everything I had to say, explored every possible scenario with me, and did not give me any indication that he needed to hang up. Every lawyer is faced with unknown circumstances that truly make up a case or non case. My case seemed clear cut to me, a "no-brainer" as some people might describe it. It was my case and these things that happened to me were real and damaging.
