Randy was recommended by a relative who has used him half a dozen times and Randy surpassed our expectations. We used Randy for a private sale of our house. He knows the ins and outs of the business and it was such a relief to know and trust we were in good hands with him. Even the buyer was blown aw...ay at how professional he was! Randal Mc Dowell Did not send vital documents to reverse mortgage company. Death certificate, will, letter of intent for the family. All of the above must to be handle according to set guide lines by the mortgage company. If not, home can go into foreclosure and that is where are family is headed w...ith home of the deceased. None of this was done. Did not return phone calls, did not respond to letters sent in mail, including certified mail. Took 3 months to have banking changed into estate account when told it would be a week. Only after having someone else to contact Mc Dowell did he show up at the bank. His reasons for not doing his job personal family problems with sharing details of his situation. Requested how he was charging, a percentage of the estate, hourly, no response, no letter. Requested a detail list of work completed by Mc Dowell to be sent to the family, nothing. Only 1 letter was sent to mortgage company that was in Jan, telling them other than what the family had requested to possibly paying off debt to keep home and if not then place home up for sale. After three and a half months with no response. Left detail messages with his assistant and secretary telling them how critical it was for him to respond to mortgage company and to the family he did not. Physically had to go to office to get families fie, and again his excuse family problems. There is no excuse.
