Paid retainer, had to fight to get any work out of him.
He was paid in full for a simple divorce, over 2 years later I finally got my divorce. Should have taken 6 months at the most. Asked for a refund after a year and a half and he said he would refund half my retainer even though I was no closer to my divorce than I was the day I walked into his firm....
