Charles Edmund Mangan

I hired Mr. Mangan for a business settlement and it started out quite well and I was pleased with his results. Often difficult to reach and follow-up phone calls were pretty much non-existent. Virtually no paperwork was provided during his efforts. I believe we were literally a few months away from a... settlement when Mr Mangan simply 'disappeared'. No return calls, no recommendations, no referrals, or suggestions, nothing! At first I thought he got sick or worse, possibly died but I understand he is working full time. I am a partially disabled senior citizen - What gives?
