Donald Edwin Funk Jr.

This attorney is the executor, responsible for making certain that the estate of one of my relatives is disbursed according to that person's wishes. My son was to have received a disbursement as of his 21st birthday. That date wasover 4 months ago. After numerous calls we finally received a response... from Mr. Funk which seemed uneducated to say the least. We have faxed a letter from my son requesting the disbursement to the office at Mr Funk's request and have heard nothing since. I have personally called the office and left a message twice in the last three weeks. No one bothers to return a call. If you were trying to obtain funds that belonged to you or a family member and received no response, what would you be thinking?
