Yulianna Yagoudaeva

Yulianna Yagoudaeva is a passionate and results-driven advocate who has devoted her time and efforts to the mastery of law.

Prior to her graduating New York Law School, Yulianna served as a Judicial Clerk in The New York Family Court. Later She served as a Judicial Clerk in the Commercial Division in the New York Supreme Court.

Yulianna began her professional career working in a boutique elder law firm focusing on Guardianships, Medicaid, Trusts, and Estate Planning. Using that knowledge, she continued advocating for the elderly community as an attorney specializing in obtaining and defending Medicaid benefits at Administrative Fair Hearings. She successfully advocated for her clients ensuring their eligibility to continue receiving Medicaid benefits.

Yulianna moved to Pennsylvania to grow her own family, as well immerse herself in the practice of Family Law, Elder Law, and Civil Litigation. Her background in education permits her to have a unique connection to families going through various hardships and be able to help with the resources she has at her disposal. While divorce is one of the hardest times for families, Yulianna makes it her goal to ensure that families affected by divorce have a confident leader on their side to guide them through the legal maze.

Yulianna works very closely with her clients, leading and counseling them every step of the way to ensure that their voices are heard, that they are acknowledged with care and compassion, and most importantly, with tremendous respect.
