I used to think that mediation was only for couples who were amicably divorcing. I figured that trying to mediate with my highly conflictual spouse was pointless at best. At worst, I was worried my spouse would use a mediator to continue to manipulate and coerce me. I have never been so happy to be w...rong. Ms. Zell is adept at navigating highly difficult personalities. I learned so much from her and her approach. Not only did she save me from a protracted, expensive legal battle (which would have surely put me in a bad situation), she saved me from the grief of my marriage ending. If you are willing to give mediation a try, you should contact Ms. Zell immediately. The sooner she is in your life, the sooner you will get it back.

Sandra helped my husband and I painlessly navigate through our separation agreement. At the beginning, she took the time to listen to us to truly understand what was important to each of us. She was also very clear on what the process would look like, how she would manage difficult situations/convers...ations and what we should expect during our mediation session. I appreciated the flat fee structure, so again there were no surprises and I never felt as though she was dragging the process out to make more money. While I hope to never need Sandra's services again, I would recommend her to anyone that did need a mediator.
