Joshua Gindin

Mr. Gindin is a principal in the Bala Cynwyd, PA law firm of Gindin Kessler LLC providing general legal and consulting services related to real estate and general business matters, including entity formation, purchase and sale of businesses and real estate properties together with transactional due diligence for such matters, leasing and lease enforcement, rent collection and commercial evictions and related matters. From 1998 through 2012 Mr. Gindin served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NCO Group, Inc. (Publically Traded on NASDAQ 1996-2006), parent of the collection agency NCO Financial Systems, Inc. In that position, Mr. Gindin participated in the management of the Company’s business operations and supervised all domestic and international legal affairs of the Company, including legal, regulatory, human resources and compliance. Related to the NCO experience, Mr. Gindin has become a known expert in the debt collection industry, providing litigation strategy in defending consumer lawsuits and state and Federal regulatory actions; compliance assessments and strategy. Mr. Gindin received his BA from Brandeis University and his JD from Temple University Law School and is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
