Rebecca Ann Glenn-Dinwoodie

On January 23 I sent a very detailed email to the law offices of Rebecca Glenn-Dinwoodie about my two dogs and their situations along with pictures. I received a response on 1/27 describing the law firm’s consultation fees. On February 5th I paid the fees for a scheduled appointment for 2/7. I receiv...ed an email last minute that Rebecca needed to cancel that appointment. This set off alarm bells, but I rescheduled. I had a rescheduled appointment set for 1:00 on 2/11. I waited 10 minutes past 1:00, and I still received no call, so I called their offices. Rebecca was immediately rude and cold. She told me to explain in more detail about my dogs. I told her first about the most recent case. She was pretty much radio silence and offered very little information for me, and actually defending the vet . I was about to go on about my second dog, but she cut me off and said she had an exclusive representation for the multi-million-dollar corporation known as "Blue Pearl". I was in shock. Why would she not tell me before I paid the consultation fees. She had since 1/23 to review my information for almost 3 weeks. An ethical human would have had her assistant tell me that she can only discuss one of the cases and if I still was interested then I should proceed. I mean who treats people this way? And when I asked her for another animal attorney recommendation, she told me she was the only animal attorney in Pennsylvania. A state with 13 million people and she, was it? And to make this more appalling, she is under contract of Blue Pearl Animal clinic, the most powerful vet corporation in the state. Meaning the little people have no chance of getting representation and the only animal attorney in the state is the property of Blue Pearl. And this is not about money, but the way she deceived me and had no respect for me as a person. She is not to be trusted.

We unfortunately had an incident involving negligence by our neighbors resulting in a dog bite. Rebecca was amazing from consultation through trial. She was always available to answer any questions we had as well as explain all the details with PA dog law. She made sure we were ready for the trial by... going over all of the information we had gathered as well as going over any questions the judge may ask us. Rebecca protected both our family and our dog and we would happily hire her again!
