My wife and I needed to update our wills and needed very prompt service. Wendy went above and beyond in meeting our timeline. She guided us with great advice and ideas and met with us to thoroughly review what our intentions were. She was extremely professional, thorough and forwarded us drafts to re...view prior to our meeting to finalize our wills. She is very kind and really easy to work with. My wife and I would recommend her very highly. If I could give 10 stars I certainly would do that.

When my ex-husband and I were getting a divorce, she was recommended from a friend. After speaking on the phone, she recommended a mediation that both of us agreed to. Ms Ashby kept us both informed and walked us through the process. I have been using Wendy Ashby as my attorney for several years eve...r since. It's nice that I can call her office, the office personnel are courtious and I get a response from her in a timely fashion. I have recommeded her to friends and I will never hesitate to refer somebody to her.

I recently, had an issue i wanted taken care of. I wanted a power of attorney for my daughters. So if anything happened to me, they would be able to take care of anything they had to. Wendy was very helpful, explained every detail to me. Answered all my questions. made sure i understood everything. ... I never felt rushed or that she was in a hurry. I would recommend Wendy to anyone who needs a lawyer. Wendy is fantastic, very knowledgeable. Having dealt with multiple firms over the years...mediation, wills(both mine, my parents and a disabled sister), real estate, etc. I used to dread dealing with Attorneys. My husband(2nd) and I met Wendy Ashby through a reference from a dear and trusted friend who had similar negative experiences........WOW!!!! What a breath of fresh air! Wendy and her staff were super accommodating, and a fair price(her staff explained how she bills...in order to save me money on unnecessary phone calls). My other lawyer never did that.
